Agent Coop Policy

Agents are actively encouraged to refer their clients to Cogan for management services. Advantages to agents are:

• Cogan will guarantee, in writing, that the clients will be referred back to their agents for all future real estate transactions.
• Cogan will provide the type of management service that will keep clients satisfied with the properties that they purchased through their agent.
• Cogan will pay a referral fee amounting to one month’s management fee to cooperating agents.
